Court hearing adjourned

Northeast Business Park will return to the Planning and Environment Court in late October to continue its fight to have the proposed North Harbour marina approved for development.

Northeast Business Park is appealing Morton Bay Regional Council’s part refusal of the project’s development application.

In the meantime, CEO Jeff Smith said negotiations aimed at reaching an agreement with council were continuing.

“Those negotiations are slower than I would like but they are progressing and I am hopeful of a satisfactory resolution,” he said.
