Northeast Business Park signs on for Abbey Medieval Festival

Northeast Business Park is showing support for Queensland’s major medieval festival at Caboolture’s Abbey Museum of Art and Archelogy.

CEO Jeff Smith said he was delighted to be an official sponsor of the cultural event that draws more than 15,000 people each year.

The sponsorship builds on NEBP’s support of the museum, having recently publicly supported an application to upgrade its facilities.

“We think this is a great event for our local and regional community, and we’d love to see it continue to develop into a significant event with substantial economic, social and cultural benefits to our regional community,” Mr Smith said.

The week long festival commences with a traditional banquet on Saturday, 2 July 2011.
