Christmas Countdown Continues, Five Ideas for School Holiday Activities & Focus on Coral Display Homes

Christmas is coming. School holidays are here, the shops are crazy, parties are many and the jolly fat man isn’t too far off, bringing us all a welcome rest. We’ve been rushed off our feet as the Christmas shopping frenzy seems to have spread to buying land at North Harbour – our latest stage release, stage 20, sold almost 50% in the first week! Thank you to all our new buyers, we look forward to welcoming you to North Harbour in 2018.

The Sales & Information Centre will be closed from midday on Friday 22nd December to 10am Tuesday January 2nd 2018, as our busy sales team takes some time out to enjoy the holidays. But we’re open every day prior to then (10am-5pm) if you’d like to buy yourself a pretty awesome Christmas gift!

If this is your first time building your own home, you might be thinking of a house and land package. For those of you not familiar with the term, a “house and land package” is when the developer (us) who is selling the land, asks a builder to provide an example of one of their designs (for example one of Coral’s Display Homes) which would fit on the block on question. The developer and builder then package the house design and the land together into a house and land package. To find out more about how this might work for you, contact our sales team.

Coral Display Homes

Coral Homes was the first of our 14 builders to open a display home at North Harbour, in March 2016. Coral is one of the largest, most respected home builders in Australia, with a vast building area and display home network spanning from Bundaberg to Sydney and west to Toowoomba.

Each home constructed by Coral Homes showcases the highest standard of quality and workmanship with the best materials sourced from leading suppliers and every member of the Coral Homes team, from their trained sales consultants to Head Office staff and qualified tradespeople, is committed to making the process of constructing your new home a stress free, pleasurable and rewarding experience.

With an emphasis on flexibility, value for money and out of this world quality, it’s no wonder Coral Homes has made thousands of Australian families so happy. Coral has three designs on display at North Harbour: The Kingscliff 23, The Noosa 25 and The Daydream 30. To find out more about Coral Display Homes visit our website.

Or, you can find an elf at Australia Zoo between 9th-24th December!. Not the usual suspects you’d find at the Irwin’s place but…

Santa stopped by Australia Zoo with his elves,
but they must have got lost,
they haven’t returned to their shelves!

Can you lend a hand to Santa to find his five helpers?
So he can get his elves back to their shelters.

They’ve left us some clues so we know the way,
If you can find all his elves,
Santa has a reward for you for helping him on his way!
