March 23, 2018
The team at Pantha Homes understands that when you build, you don’t just purchase a new home, you purchase a dream and a lifestyle. With that in mind the team strives to be flexible and has the ability to customise any of their plans to personalise your home. Pantha’s range of outstanding homes reflect an innovative and contemporary style offering turnkey inclusions which provide you with everything you need to make a house your home.
Pantha has two designs on show in the North Harbour Display Village, The Carson 257 and The Hudson. The Carson is an adaptable, distinctive and uniquely designed home where family and friends can come together or find space for some individual peace and quiet. This single storey home has two separate living areas, four bedrooms and spacious kids retreat. The master suite features a large walk-in robe and large ensuite. It’s also located at the front of the house, just far away enough from the other bedrooms to allow busy parents privacy as needed.
The Hudson 232 has been designed with narrow lots in mind and incorporates contemporary design essentials for the growing family. Featuring four bedrooms, including a master bedroom with ensuite and walk-in-robe, this home features generous living areas and a well-equipped kitchen with walk-in-pantry, dining and family room. The family and dining spaces extend into an impressive outdoor area, providing seamless flows from inside to outside where you can entertain all year round – as definite bonus in the southeast Queensland climate. Along with a large double garage and good-sized bedrooms, the Hudson offers something for the entire family.
