North Harbour has been very pleased to welcome a large number of residents looking to downsize into a brand-new home for a variety of reasons, including downsizing from acreage or wanting a more manageable house now the kids have moved out.
Our North Harbour downsizers have chosen to buy with us for a variety of reasons from value to amenities, location and more.
Resident Paul Omerod said; “We thought that North Harbour offered great value for the size of the plot. Easy access to motorway making both the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane city within easy reach.

This Park will also offer exercise equipment in fitness stations which will provide our residents with the opportunity for free workouts in beautiful surroundings.
We have several blocks currently available to suit downsizers which offer an open view across the eco-corridor of North Harbour with easy access to walkways and cycle tracks. These blocks are also slightly higher to take advantage of the view. Our corner blocks have space to keep a caravan/ campervan or boat. An obvious advantage of building a new home when you’re looking to downsize is including what you need and ditching what you don’t! Don’t want stairs? Don’t have any! Don’t want a garden? Pave it over!
