Stage 13a Release, Ice-Cream & Sausage Sizzles!

Hello and welcome to 2017 at North Harbour! Hopefully you’re well-rested and raring to go because we’re kicking this year off with a new sales release, ice-cream and sausages.

As promised, this year is packed with upcoming events and even more reasons to visit North Harbour. Our first event is the release of Stage 13a of the North Harbour development, the Keppel Release.

Keppel will be officially released on Saturday January 14^th and offers land sizes from Premium Villa to Traditional family, blocks (352m2 to 930m2). If you’re looking to make the move to North Harbour in 2017 I’ll just remind you that we are home to the Best broadband in Australia (faster than NBN), we also have a beautiful Village Park with wifi and children’s playground and reticulated gas available to each home.

As this is the first release of 2017 we’re aiming to make it extra special. And what says special on a hot summer’s day? That’s right – FREE ICECREAM. Ruby the Little Icecream Van will be setting up in our Display Village (Fitzroy Street) to hand out free icecream from 10am-3pm on Saturday 14^th January. Ruby is a gorgeous vintage English Soft Serve Ice Cream and Gelato van which has been lovingly restored to her original condition with a new interior fitout and Italian Ice Cream Machine.
We’re looking forward to welcoming Ruby to North Harbour and hope you can join us for icecream on the 14^th.

Following close on Ruby’s heels is our Australia Day sausage sizzle. We’re slightly delaying our celebrations to three days after Australia Day on Sunday 29^th January and joining with local charity Leukaemia Support Queensland to raise funds for this great cause. Times are to be confirmed, but we’ll be sending out our usual emails, facebook updates and SMS so if you’d like to be kept up to date with our latest happenings make sure you sign up here.

So, one of our New Year’s Resolutions, or goals, for 2017 was to have more events at North Harbour which has got off to a very good start…what was yours and how is it going?
