Planning on a move in 2022? North Harbour has limited new land releases in Brisbane’s north

New Land Releases in Brisbane North

The unprecedented demand for land at North Harbour continues with no sign of slowing for the remainder of 2021, and our enquiry rate remains at an all-time high. Sales of established homes at North Harbour are also moving at a rapid pace and attaining excellent prices, underlining the value of purchasing in our growing community.

North Harbour will be releasing small numbers of blocks for the next few months. Land in these extremely limited releases is anticipated to register in July 2022, or later depending on which stage release you make your purchase. To enquire about purchase in upcoming releases please contact Aidan and Lorraine directly on (07) 5433 1111 or email

Our current Display Village remains open and construction continues apace on our upcoming Display Village (anticipated at this stage to host 22 builders with 43 display homes) which is set to open in 2022. This new Display Village will feature an array of new interior and exterior designs, including multiple double storey designs which have increased markedly in popularity with buyers in 2021.

Southeast Queensland’s Best Place to Live

hallmark

North Harbour has introduced a new destination into the Moreton Bay Region and offers a unique residential development in the rapidly expanding northern corridor between Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. The development offers numerous benefits for residents including a proposed 1,000 acres of open space and parklands (five parks plus riverside mountain bike trail are complete with another two scheduled to be completed in 2022), high speed fibre optic broadband* and natural gas to every home.  We have a quality childcare centre on site, a café and Bite Markets which is an outdoor dining precinct open every Friday and Saturday evening.

The proposed 1,000 acres of open space and parklands include already completed walking and bike tracks, Raff Creek eco-corridor, lots of trees (over 15,000 have already been planted) and plenty of play equipment for young and older kids as well as exercise equipment. North Harbour also offers regular, free fitness events including parkrun and yoga. Future plans include a marina precinct, school, playing fields and more community amenities.

*Speed achieved on broadband depends on the package you purchase from your Internet Service Provider. Opticomm produces and maintains the fibre optic system. For more information on Opticomm and ISPs please visit https://www.opticomm.net.au/about-opticomm/

Community & Amenities

Our suburb of Burpengary East is just 35 minutes from the Sunshine Coast’s award-winning beaches and *45 minutes (*depending on which time of day you undertake your journey) from the Brisbane CBD, making this the ideal place to buy real estate. We’re also close to shops, restaurants and other amenities and there are heaps of recreational options with lots to do right on our doorstep.

Transport options are also good, we’re well located with easy access to the Bruce Highway, Morayfield train station is just 10 minutes away and nearby North Lakes, Burpengary and Morayfield shopping centres, as well as Costco, Bunnings and IKEA are within easy reach.

You are never stuck for something to do in Burpengary East. Not only does North Harbour offer free cross-country parkrun on a Saturday, free Yoga in the Park on a Sunday and Cam’s boot camp on weekdays and Saturdays (click here to find more details on our Events page) – we’ve also partnered with many local community groups and teams. Burpengary is home to one of the country’s best AFL facilities, a brand-new soccer precinct and we have local teams and groups for pretty much any other sport or activities you like –all rugby codes, cricket, netball, martial arts, craft, scouts…and many more.

We’re close to schools (both state and private) and further education opportunities including TAFE and the USC Caboolture Campus.

Sustainability

Nature

A major part of North Harbour’s vision for our unique master planned development is our commitment to creating a sustainable living environment, providing lifestyle opportunities which both enhance and incorporate our natural environment. Our proposed 1000 acres of open space and parkland is a vast space (larger than Central Park in New York) including areas which will be open to the community and protected in perpetuity. Each home at North Harbour is within walking distance of part of this 1000 acres of open space and parkland, affording our residents a convenient lifestyle whilst still being able to remain connected to nature and the great outdoors. In fact, more than half the entire North Harbour site will be open, green space and parkland.
