Hot Property Alert: North Harbour’s Land for Sale Selling Fast!

Why Is Land for Sale so Popular at North Harbour?

North Harbour is a unique residential development in the northern corridor between Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast, located along 9km of the Caboolture River in the booming suburb of Burpengary East.

One of the reasons land for sale is so sought-after at North Harbour is that our development boasts amenities which are truly 21st-century with access to the fastest residential broadband connection in Australia and reticulated natural gas to every home. Our transport options are also good, we are well located for easy access to the Bruce Highway, Morayfield and Burpengary train stations are each just 10 minutes away and other public transport options planned to be delivered in future.

North Harbour already has a childcare centre, Edge Early Learning on site, and Havn café which is open seven days a week for breakfast and lunch. Close by, Burpengary East has a local shopping centre with IGA, butcher, bakery, takeaways, medical centre, hairdressers and more. This complex, called The Hub, is under five minutes’ drive from North Harbour. For larger shopping and dining requirements we have nearby North Lakes, Burpengary and Morayfield shopping and recreation centres. Shopping and recreation options are also included in the future North Harbour masterplan.

North Harbour differs from similarly sized southeast Queensland developments in that on completion it will offer a huge 1000 acres of open space and parklands (even larger than Central Park in New York) including environmental corridors and river access. The proposed 1000 acres of open space and parklands include walking and bike tracks, lots of trees and plenty of play equipment for young and older kids, BBQs, artworks and picnic areas as well as exercise equipment. North Harbour has five parks open already, 6km of riverside mountain bike trails and two more parks scheduled to open in 2022. North Harbour also offers weekly free events which are open to everyone in the community including parkrun and Sunrise Yoga.
