Emerald Developments is a new company with considerable experience in both building and project management. Based in Southeast Queensland, Emerald Developments is owned and operated by director Matthew Wall and is fast developing a strong reputation for excellent customer service and quality builds making them a favourite among Brisbane builders.

Emerald Homes at North Harbour

Emerald Homes is a brand new builder partner for the North Harbour team and we are already loving working with them! Emerald was the first builder to begin construction at North Harbour’s third Display Village which will open in 2022 and the team is working hard to bring their stunning home design, the San Francisco 220 to life. The San Francisco 220 is a spacious 220sqm single storey with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, theatre room, butler’s pantry and study. Perfect for large families, it offers plenty of living space and entertaining areas and its modern façade is certain to impress.

North Harbour’s New Display Village

North Harbour’s new Display Village is set to open in early-mid 2022 and will showcase around 40 display homes in our Burpengary East location. This will be the biggest and the best Display Village in Southeast Queensland, even larger than our current Display Village which had 33 homes on display when it opened in 2018. We do anticipate some homes from builders such as our early birds Emerald Developments will be open earlier than 2022, and can’t wait to welcome our many land buyers to find their dream home and meet this new team! 

Our new Display Village will include a brand new Sales and Information Centre, café with plenty of al fresco seating, playground and amenities. Visitors will be able to view our masterplan for upcoming land releases, parkland expansions, proposed marina information, future land releases and more. It an exciting time for the North Harbour community, one we have been building towards (pun intended!) for many years. 

Our current Sales and Information Centre and Display Village are open seven days a week, 10am-5pm, located on the corner of Buckley Road and Fraser Drive.
