First Home Buyers at North Harbour

Many of our residents are first home buyers who have chosen to build at North Harbour to make the most of the opportunity the First Home Buyers Grant offers to climb onto the property ladder.

The Grant is currently $20,000 and is available to those who meet the eligibility criteria. To qualify you must be:

• Aged 18 years or older
• A permanent resident or Australian citizen
• Buying or building a brand-new home
