An Aussie favourite exterior home design trend which is back for 2021 is the pergola. When paired with some beautiful greenery and blooms incorporating leafy shade and climbing plants, a pergola will not only provide covering for shade but takes your garden design up a notch. The right shade of white paint will never go out of style. In 2021, neutral-coloured doors in a wood tone with unique architectural designs are the ones to watch out for. Swapping Curved Lines for Straight

2021 is the year of straight lines. Arched windows certainly had their time in the 90s and 2000s, and they still can look great on certain homes. However, straight-line windows can instantly give your design an on-trend look and modernize it enough to take it into the future and keep it there.

Natural Wood Accents

In 2021, natural colours and wood accents are making a comeback. So, if you’re wanting to try one trend that’s likely here to stay, we recommend finding a place on your home’s exterior to put some wood (or composite type for less maintenance). Dark Colours
