North Harbour’s latest land release will be available for sale from this Saturday August 10th 2019. Stage 36, the Lindeman Release, includes lots in a variety of styles ranging from 313sqm-795sqm and is priced from $213,250. As with all our releases, we have a variety of land categories on offer to suit all types of home buyers:
Sales Manager Aidan Winter said: “This stage is a small stage with only 23 lots available excluding terraced lots and will sell out quickly. There are a huge variety of lot sizes including some with frontage onto parkland and open space.
“Stage 36 is not expected to register until November so home buyers have plenty of time to choose their house designs and can expect to move into their new home around Easter 2020.
“North Harbour offers a unique place to live in the sought-after suburb of Burpengary East, which has the best growth in the Moreton Bay Region and is located halfway between Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. Our well-designed masterplan offers numerous benefits for residents including a proposed 1,000 acres of open space and parklands on completion (four parks and our mountain bike trail are complete with our $3M Heritage Park to open at the end of 2019), high speed fibre optic broadband and natural gas to every home.
“Our proposed 1,000 acres of open space and parklands include walking and bike tracks, Raff Creek eco-corridor, lots of trees (over 60,000 have already been planted) and plenty of play equipment for young and older kids as well as exercise equipment. North Harbour also offers regular, free events including parkrun and yoga.”
Stage 36 includes eight new Terrace Homes which will be built by Metricon Homes as were our very successful Terrace Homes in Stage 34 which are now all sold. Two homes are end of terrace which means they offer three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a double garage and are priced at $409,500; six homes offer three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a single garage and are priced at $369,500.
These homes offer a perfect lock up and go lifestyle, which is great for downsizers and first home buyers and also has worked very well for what singles are looking for in a home.
